Vittoria Gondi Citernesi – with a passion in her youth for fabrics, both old and new – has devoted her life, with no energies spared, to her husband, her children, and her family’s endeavors – among them her beloved Fattoria di Volmiano, which used to belong to her father. She is the president of the Garden Club Firenze and of the Amici dei Georgofili; fortunately, all these commitments – constantly running to and fro – do not prevent her from cultivating and sharing her other great passion: the art of cooking.
